Easy, Delicious, Comfort food
- 4 (16 ounce) cans white beans
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies (can use jalapenos for more heat)
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (I use the pre-cooked whole chicken)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Drain beans.
- Saute onions and garlic with butter.
- Add all ingredients in a large pot.
- Let simmer to get it all warm.
