Hate to rain on the parade, but we did not enjoy this recipe at all. The ingredients sounded terrific but it just wan't the combo for us. Sorry!

Tastes just like Italy and makes me want to make a return trip! It's even better, I bet, if you can get the Italian tuna.

I thought everything about this tuna salad was wonderful. Great flavors, great mix of textures, the olives added just the right bit of salt, and the addition of basil leaves and lemon juice made the whole salad taste very fresh. Excellent recipe, will definitely make this again!

This is such a delightful salad. The flavors of the tuna (use only the best tuna), and olives, and beans, with the other vegetables, were in perfect harmony with each other. Very heart healthy! The dressing was light and the basil gave the dressing a perfect robust flavor. We enjoyed this healthy, tasty salad so much. Thanks, Evelyn for sharing your recipe.

Sounds great. But...Has anyone commented on the fact that there are 919.1 calories per serving? Whew!

We used canned salmon instead of tuna, but it was still delish! Served it over salad greens, but we all agreed it would make an excellent sandwich on good crusty french bread, too. May also try mixing in some cooked pasta for a one-dish meal.

So, I was getting ready to make this wonderful salad for the second time and realized I only had one can of beans and no lemon juice. It then dawned on me that there was some leftover Simple Garlic Pasta (#208217) in the fridge. Looking for a no-cook summer time dinner, I combined everything, used cider vinegar and and a dash of sugar instead of lemon juice and added some pepperocini (because we love them) and Voila!...Yum! The salad, as written is fabulous as well,...no changes needed, but I was happy to use up some leftovers and have a delicous, healthy meal. Thanks so much for the great recipe!

This a delicious, healthful and easy-to-make salad that I'll make again. I arranged it as a composed salad, but kept all the ingredients the same as those listed.
