- 2 (850.48 g) can cannellini beans
- 106.31 g can pink salmon or 106.31 g can red salmon
- 59.14 ml freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 59.14 ml minced red onion
- 59.14 ml fresh basil leaf, roughly chopped

DRESSING
- 44.37 ml vinegar or 44.37 ml lemon juice
- 59.14 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1.23 ml coarse salt
- 0.61 ml ground pepper
directions
- Drain and rinse the cannellini beans and place in a medium-size mixing bowl. Flake the canned salmon on top of the beans and add the Parmesan, minced garlic, and basil leaves. Whisk together the dressing ingredients, pour over the bean mixture, and toss gently to combine. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
