Use to accompany barbecued beef, lamb, chicken or pork.
- 4 fluid ounces cider vinegar or 4 fluid ounces malt vinegar
- 4 fluid ounces mayonnaise
- 2 fluid ounces water
- black pepper
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly until well blended.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
