Another quick to make goodie just in time for gift giving! Time to make does not include chill time. Makes approximately 1 pound of fudge.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 12 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 14 teaspoon almond extract
  • 12 cup almonds, chopped
  • 18 teaspoon salt (pinch)

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Slowly blend in sugar, extract, almonds and salt.
  3. Press into a greased pan and chill until firm.
  4. Cut into squares.
