Great light dessert on a hot humid evening, or as an after dinner ice cream drink.
- Place ice cream in blender or food processor.
- Pour in brandy and creme de cacao.
- Put in freezer to chill.
- Serve in tall champagne glasses.
Mmmmmm. I drank one of these while soaking in my claw foot tub the other night...I could barely swing my leg over and crawl out!
Wow this is delicious, I did add about 1/2 ounce more of brandy and creme de cocao. Everyone really enjoyed it. This recipe is a keeper
