I found this recipe in the Applehood & Motherpie cookbook from the Junior League of Rochester. I haven't tried it yet, but with the name of the drink, how could you go wrong! (Besides, look at the ingredients, mmmmm.)
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and whirl on high speed until smooth.
- Keep refrigerated at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
- Blend quickly before pouring.
- (Must do ahead.).
I made this years ago from a recipe in the cookbook, The Eastern Junior League Cookbook, probably the next level up from Rochester! I was living on the West Coast at the time, and enjoyed it, and the drink, very much!
