  1. These are GREAT! I also added time to make them crunchy again. I felt the coating was a little to light, unlike the whiskey stick I have bought out at the wineries. So I did a batch and a half of the coating mix and increased the cooking time.

  2. I tasted these on a recent wine tour. So tasty this is the recipe i found. I think they needed to be baked a few more minutes. First batch never regained its crunch. Second batch was a hit!

  3. Love these, I take them to every party or fun gathering we go to. First off I used Peanut Butter Whiskey and used a whole little bottle .50ml. I also 1 1/2 everything else and used Sriracha powder instead of cayenne. I bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes or until real crunchy. Definately a keeper!!

Tweaks

  1. Used 1/2 teaspoon of smoked Chipotle instead of Cayenne. Also used Fireball Whiskey to add a bit more pizzazz. They were NOT too spicy at all. A wee tiny bite you can feel/taste, but I'm a spice weenie and I HATE any type of peppers, even black pepper! So I wouldn't say this lightly! ??
