This is a frothy wonderful treat to have in the evening when you don't want to go to bed with anything heavy in your stomach. I always feel so decadent drinking it and have to remind myself that it is actually healthy and has no fat or added sugar in it!

Light and frothy, a good drink but not very sweet. I added 1/3 cup of sugar and that made it a lot better. The next time I make this I might take out the cinommon, I also froze it to make more of an ice cream, worked nicely. Definitely recommend

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup skim milk
  • 4 -5 ice cubes (4 for regular cubes, 5 for smaller sizes)
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 18 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Use the ice crush option to pulse until the ice is mostly blended.
  3. Blend in a blender on the very highest speed for 5 minutes.
