I've seen several recipes here which are very similar to mine. I bake mine at a lower temperature for a longer time. The yield is just a guesstimate...depends on the size of the spoon!
- Whip butter and sugar for 10 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients slowly while beating.
- Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased pan.
- Bake at 275 for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Let stand for a couple of minutes.
- Carefully remove and place on a wire rack.
