Whipped Cottage Cheese

"So simple! I'm eating cottage cheese as a sub for regular cheese. This recipe makes it taste like low fat cream cheese but being cottage cheese is lower in fat."

  • Blitz until all the curds are broken up and the mixture appears smooth.
  • Place in a bowl and garnish with black pepper.
  • Note once made you can add any flavourings you want spices, vegetables prawns etc.

  1. My yogurt went wrong so I ended up with rather rubbery ricotta/curds - Googled for ideas of how to make it tasty and hit this! Used a stick blender and added a few drops of distilled vinegar to give it a slight tang, incredibly easy and really delicious. Thanks for posting!
