So simple! I'm eating cottage cheese as a sub for regular cheese. This recipe makes it taste like low fat cream cheese but being cottage cheese is lower in fat.

Directions

  1. Place the cheese in a food processor or blender, I use a magic bullet blender for this.
  2. Blitz until all the curds are broken up and the mixture appears smooth.
  3. Place in a bowl and garnish with black pepper.
  4. Note once made you can add any flavourings you want spices, vegetables prawns etc.
