This is wonderful. We drink it every morning and we get so much energy from it. Our 1 year old daughter loves it too.
- 1 1⁄2 cups orange juice
- 3 scoops whey protein
- 18 -20 ice cubes
- 1 fuji apple
- 1 banana
- 1 -1 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
- Put ingredients in blender in order given and blend until smooth.
Made this today. My husband and I really enjoyed it. It makes a ton (seems like more than 4) and I froze what was left -- for another morning! Thanks for posting.
