Where Did They Go? Donut Holes

READY IN: 40mins
Recipe by marisk

Ever wonder where the middle of your donuts went? Adapted from a recipe clipping cut from a magazine many years ago. I roll some in regular sugar, some in cinnamon sugar, and some in confectioners' sugar. The amount of donuts will depend on the size. The original recipe called for 1/2 tsp nutmeg. The amount of donuts will depend on the size of your donuts.

These were good... The nutmeg was really strong. Maybe its because I don't use it often so I'm not use to it? Also, it only made about 16. I did make them larger then regular donut holes but I don't see ever getting 36 out of this recipe.
