- 290 g rice flour
- 55 g ground almonds
- 225 g butter, Unsalted
- 110 g golden brown sugar
- 2 eggs
directions
- Beat sugar & butter until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add rice flour & ground almonds.
- Mix with hands and press into a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350f.
