Wheat-free apple crisp offers benefits from soy flour, almond meal and flax seeds. Can be made with any tart/firm apple.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place apples in baking dish.
- Mix other ingredients and sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
This was so wonderful! It has the perfect mix of flavors. I made it for my supper club and it was the only dish that didn't have left overs. It took me cooking it about 20 min longer to get the top crispy. I can't wait to dazzle my quests with it again. :)
This was awesome. the flax seeds added great texture. It's taking over as my quick-delicious pot luck dessert.
