Wheat and a Bit of Oat Bread

"This is a recipe for a combination flour bread that gets a great rise in the bread machine"

• Yields: 12 slices
• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 1 1⁄4 cups warm water
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 1⁄4 cups whole wheat flour
• 1⁄4 cup ground oats
• 1 cup bread flour
• 1⁄4 cup gluten
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast

directions

1. place ingredients in bread machine according to your machine's instructions
2. place on light crust.
