      These were yummy... made a couple of changes to make it easier (ok... I'm lazy...) I used the frozen onion/pepper mix (half bag) and just added it to my hot cooked rice along with the chicken pieces. (One less dish to clean!) I also used whole wheat tortillas and instead of dipping them, I just poured the sauce on at the end. (l-a-z-y...) Yummy and easy - my hubby and I (and we like our Tex-Mex - we are Houstonians) liked it! Thanks LuckyMom13!
