A handy blend to add to salad dressings, grilled vegetables, beans, soups, stews or rice.

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Store in a sealed container.
  3. TIPS: Combine and grind briefly in a coffee grinder.
  4. Substitute aniseed for fennel.
  5. Use rounded tablespoons full when substituting seed for ground spice.
  6. Instead of"tablespoons" use teaspoons to make enough to fill half a Schilling spice jar.
