  • Mix Flour, Salt and Baking Soda together then cut in Shortening with pastry cutter or 2 Knives till it looks like corn meal.
  • add sugar, eggs and milk and mix.
  • add flour
  • add raisins.
  • Next roll out dough till it is about a half inch think and cut with bisquit cutter into rounds,.
  • heat griddle to 350 degrees and cook the teeecakes about 10 to 12 minutes each side till golden brown.
