This is a recipe from my elderly Mum's Recipe Book (don't know how old it is but it is starting to crumble away so need to record these gems). This is a recipe that my now grown sons still request for their birthday breakfast! Quite different to recipes already on Recipezaar.

  1. Melt butter over low heat.
  2. Add flour and milk combined.
  3. Add cheese, tomatoes and beaten eggs.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook until thick - serve on buttered toast.
