Found this recipe on another web site and have used it on steak, chicken, and pork with good results.
- Empty bottle of Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Pour liquid smoke into empty Worcestershire sauce bottle.
- Then fill bottle to top with Worcestershire sauce.
- That is it!
I marinated chicken breasts in this overnight. We grilled them and brushed Kathie Cook's Barbecue Sauce (http://www.recipezaar.com/Kathie-Cooks-Barbecue-Sauce-267689) on them. Yum!
