I made this for cooking class at the diet center where I work and everyone loved it! Instead of the ascorbic acid, I just sprinkled lemon juice over the fruit. Chose to use balsamic vinaigrette for a dressing. Excellant salad Redsie, will def. make again!
Fabulous flavor combinations. I used a mixture of greens along w/the spinach and used a sweet white onion from the farmers market. I didn't use asorbic acid as to tell you the truth, don't know what that is:-( Used a spritz (or two) of balsamic vinagrette from Wishbone. Love it!!! Thanks Celine. Made for NewestZaarTag.~
