This is one of the many recipes that I wrote down while attending my Weight Watchers meetings. This makes a lovely lunch!

  1. Cut the apples into cubes and combine the cubed apples, raisins and walnuts.
  2. Mix the yogurt with the honey and toss the yogurt mixture with the apples.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
