      This turned out really good! I made a double recipe in a 12x8 pan and needed to cook for well over an hour. Also omitted the cayenne. We ate it tonight while still warm and I'm thinking it will be even better tomorrow cold. Thanks for posting!

      Delicious pumpkin pie without a crust! For 8 ramekins, I put in a tad less than 3/4 cup into each. Thanks Paula G for posting. Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders.

      By far the best Weight Watchers Dessert I've had. Its great for fall and really easy to prepare. I just had one tonight for dessert...It was delish....Paula you should dig it out of the pile of papers and try it...

      I've tried this recipe from weight watchers and it is SOOOO good. Just like pumpkin pie, without the crust. So good, and healthy.
