      LOVE IT!! Added 1 rib sliced celery and a couple chopped hard boiled egg whites. Will make it again for sure! Thanks for this delicious one!

      This was fantastic!! Definitely not what I'm used to when it comes to potato salad... I think this is BETTER than what I'm used to! Hubby couldn't stop eating it. Thanks so much for sharing, this is surely going to become a favorite.

      This got a big 5 stars!!!! We were a bit apprehensive about this because it seemed not to have much sauce. We were pleasantly surprised. It was soooooo......goooood. Thanks for posting. Made for PAC Fall 2008. :)

      So simple yet tasty! I didn't get to add scallions, but next time I'll probably try green onions. This was great with the salty turkey bacon! Thanks!

      Delicious! I made it tonight as the side dish for a pork tenderloin. It hit the spot. My husband said he liked it better than my "usual" potato salad, and we won't discuss how many calories is in that one... Thanks for sharing this great recipe!

      Great recipe... low fat and still full of flavor... I made this for a lunch in, and no one could believe it was a weight watcher recipe..
