Weight Watcher's Pasta E Fagioli

"This is another favorite Weight Watcher's recipe I like to make. It is rich in fiber. It's a tasty meatless meal that cooks in no time, especially if you use leftover pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with a slice of bread and a salad. It has 3 points per serving."

  1. Delicious! I substituted chicken broth for the water and added some Italian seasoning and a little pepper. My husband likes it and it is something quick to make.

  2. This was OK but it wasn't even close to being actual Pasta Fagioli

  3. I love this soup. It's so fast and easy to make. I used diced tomatoes, whole wheat pasta and added some Italian seasoning and garlic. Using whole grain pasta makes the recipe WW Core. I'll be making this again and again.

  4. What a nice easy supper!! Added some Tabasco and used up some veggies that I had in the fridge. Quick to prepare and healthy too!! Thanks Lainey!
