This was quick, easy, and good! We added Mexican 4-cheese shredded cheese while the salsa was cooking on top. I think next time we make it we will grill the chicken and add the salsa and cheese in the oven the last five minutes. Thank you. This is a keeper.
This was super easy and also very yummy! I loved it over rice. thanks for posting
I made this recipie as follows, but the chicken breasts I found were a little large, so there were only 3 of them instead of 4 (which is fine b/c there is only 2 of us in the house). I would have liked the taco seasoning to come through a little more- I think I will double that next time. Regardless, this was a delicious recipe. I substituted Greek Yogurt for sour cream and used picante sauce instead of salsa (it's the same only less chunky and thicker). This was definitely a hit and I'm sure we will make it again. Thank you for your figure-friendly recipe.
Fantastic! These were really flavorful and I don't know why it never occured to me to make chicken this way before even when I was not counting points. I think anybody would enjoy this. We had it with http://www.recipezaar.com/Stuffed-Potatoes-Weight-Watchers-Style-231268 for 3 points and a salad with lite french dressing for 1 point. I would definitely make this meal again as we were completely full and satisfied. Thanks!
Really great and flavorful chicken! I served it with brown rice and it was delicious! I make my own taco seasoning though instead of using the package because it has less sodium (even than the "low-sodium" packets) and it has none of the other garbage they put in packaged seasoning. This is the link to the taco seasoning I used: https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=370985
Amazing! I added little pepper jack cheese at the end!!
This was amazing! I used the hot versions of the taco seasoning and the salsa. Delicious!
This recipe is very simple and fast! Great any family especially busy families. I cooked mine in the iron skillet in the oven and served it with garden fresh veggies-squash, onion, peppers, garlic. Delicious!
