      Really delicious! I love a flavourful chili and this was just that. It's super easy to make and I was excited to use lentils more. My fiance liked it too! We didn't even miss the meat because of the black beans.

      I am not a meat eater but my family are, therefore I was looking for a healthy recipe for all of us to enjoy. We're also from Canada and the fire roasted tomatoes with chilis would really help the flavour, but I think that the cilantro is the key. I followed the recipe and had shredded cheese, sliced green onions, jalapeno slices and sour cream to add and served it with 12 grain tortillas. Thanks Abby for a new recipe.
