- To prepare the marinade, combine the parsley, basil, garlic, oil, salt and pepper in a zip-close plastic bag. Add the shrimp. Refrigerate, turning the bag occasionally, 1 hour to overnight.
- Spray a nonstick ridge grill pan with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Working in batches, if necessary, grill the shrimp until they are just opaque in the center and lightly browned on the outside, 2-3 minutes on each side.
This is a great way to make shrimp! Can't wait for warmer weather to make these again -- definitely try this one!
Excellent! Few ingredients needed but packs a lot of flavor in! I increased the garlic and used garlic flavored olive oil. Kids and adults liked a lot! Will make again.
This was very good! I marinaded them for 8 hours and grilled them on an indoor grill. I didn't change anything...they were perfect! Thanks for posting!!
