My mom made this and it is DELICIOUS! I was really suprised. Each serving is worth 0 points. Its great for a light luch or even for just a snack.

  1. In a large saucepan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute carrot, onion and garlic over low heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano, and salt. bring to a boil.
  2. Lower heat and simmer, covered about 15 minutes or until beans are tender. Stir in zucchini and heat 3-4 minutes. serve hot.

This was a very good soup. I substituted garbanzo beans for the zucchini. I would make this again and it was satisfying. Thank you.
