Weight Watchers Crock Pot Chicken Stroganoff Remake

This is a remake of 4 point Weight Watchers Chicken Stroganoff for the Crock Pot - 4 Points. The Dollar General within walking distance of me does not carry non-fat sour cream or the 98% fat free soup. Plus its a larger can. I est that my version comes in at 5 or 6 points, plus noodles. The other recipe did not have noodles listed but I will so we can get the correct points.

  1. Put frozen chicken in pot.
  2. Mix soups and sour cream and pour over chicken.
  3. Cover an cook on LOW for 7 hours.
  4. Cook noodles.
  5. Serve chicken and sauce over noodles.

this was very good. i served it over whole wheat pasta and added mushrooms and broccoli. i didnt think i would like it but i was pleasantly surprised. thank you for the great recipie. i will be making this9+ again!!!.

Greek yogurt is an awesome alternative to sour cream...just FYI! I can't wait to make this...if it has the word 'stroganoff' in the title, it is worthy to be tried in my kitchen. LOL ~Cream Sauce Goddess

This is super simple. The only thing that I did differently was to thaw the chicken because I have heard that it is not safe to let frozen meat cook at low temperatures in a crock pot. I served mine with egg noodles and peas. Made for PAC Spring 2013.
