Loved it! With Rotel offering mild, medium and hot, you can control the heat of your rice. I used my hand immersion blender making it quick and easy. We really, really liked it. Thanks for posting.

Good! I love finding new recipes for brown rice and this was great. I didn't bother to blend the Rotel which left it a little chunky but still good. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

I forgot to save this recipe and just spent all day looking for it! I used hot Rotel tomatoes which added to the spice. I am going to add some black beans to it this week with some enchilada's. Great Recipe! Thanks!

This rice was not as spicy as I feared it might be. We don't have Rotel Tomatoes in the Maritimes, so I just bought regular tomatoes and added some canned jalapeno peppers to it. My 4 year old son liked it too, even the peppers which he usually hates! We will definately make this again.
