I took these to potluck and they were a big hit. Super easy to make even though I'd never made fudge before. I had a few left over and stuck them in the freezer--they're great frozen too! These are very rich; next time I might add less sugar or use unsweetened chocolate.
Awesome fudge. The only thing I will do different next time is use mini marshmallows instead of large ones. 14 large weigh about 90 grams.
I didn't pay attention the first time I made them and added the entire can of milk... needless to say it never firmed up but a spoon full of the liquidy goodness mixed with some peanut butter was like heaven. I made it again the proper way and it is really good. I like to save enough points so I can have 2 pieces... im very naughty. Thanks for this recipe!
FANTASTIC. And so easy! You can use dark chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, etc etc to change the flavors!
I made these and they haven't set yet but I tried some from my spoon and it's soooo good. I can definitely see how less is more in this case! Awesome and easy recipe!
An excellent recipe. So easy to do and it tastes great!! Made mine with vegetarian marshmallows.
This is by far the most delicious fudge I've ever tasted. It's also easy to make!. I used the semi-sweetened nestle chocolate chips.
I've made this fudge for years. I take it to Christmas gatherings so I know I have something there I can eat. I do cut it into 36 pieces and freeze them so I can pop one in my mouth when I have to have a chocolate fix.
