  1. I made this recipe to take to a family reunion so our diabetic and dieting members could also enjoy a guilt free dessert. I thought that it was a great treat for anyone, even those who did not have special dietary needs...delicious, fast and easy to make, and visually very appealing too! I used a chocolate crumb crust, sugar-free white chocolate pudding, and raspberries which I layered in the filling rather than mixing in because I was afraid that the delicate berries might crush and bleed. I borrowed a suggestion from Taste Tester's review, and garnished the top with grated chocolate.<br/>We are having company for dinner later this week and I plan to make this dessert again....you know it is a hit when you make something twice in a week!

  2. Made this up for dessert last night. How very simply and very tasty. I didn't have any mini chocolate crusts, so used the regular ones. Everyone enjoyed "mom's diet treat". Thanks.

  3. I really enjoyed this. but i do need to start by saying that i messed up as iam sure you can tell by the picture. I dont know why in the world i thought this was suppose to be frozen but for some reason that is what i had in my brain. i let in set up in the fridge and then for some unknown reason i put in in the freezer!!! but it is quite tasty and refreshing! i used frozen berry blend(couldnt get a hold of fresh) and a big pie crust because my store doesnt caryy the small ones. Thank you for sharing a great recipe! i will make again....folling instructions and hopefully it will turn out as beautiful as tastetesters! thanks again! update:jan-9-2009: I made again(the right way) and this is great too!lol. It is nice and creamy and also refreshing! I will be making this alot! thanks agian.

  4. Absolutely delicious! I made this for my older son's birthday since he doesn't like cake with frosting. The combination of the creamy pudding mixed with the fresh raspberries made a wonderful chocolate berry tart. It has everything to make a dessert lover happy, but it wasn't too sweet or cloying. I topped the pie with the fresh raspberries had left over and sprinkled a little grated dark chocolate on the top. This tart was a winner with our family and especially the "birthday boy." Thanks for sharing!!!
