The muffins are actually very good for "diet muffins". It hits the spot for the craving. I had so many bananas in my freezer and wanted to make something with it, so I chose to do these since I am on WW. I just wish they had more chocolate chips!! :) I made these at work & didn't have fat free milk (on whole & 2%) so I just omitted the milk. Came out just fine! I would lower the baking temperature next time. In order to get cooked all the way through, they had to get a little brown, even when input foil over them.people found this review Helpful. Wonderful!!! These muffins were great tasting and simple to put together. Not a chocolate fan, but the chocolate chips in this is a must otherwise I'm sure it would taste like they are missing something. On the new PointsPlus plan for Weight Watchers I calculated them at 4 points per muffin, and that is AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Can't believe I have not seen this recipe before, but it will now be in my regular rotation!!!!person found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... These were really good. Somehow I got 23 muffins instead of 18, not sure what I did there. But, I was happy to have the extra ones once I realized how good they are. I used the min-choc. chips since that's what I had and also used the kids' scooby doo flavored applesauce because I was out of regular. My batter was pink from the berry applesauce, but you'd never know by the flavor in my muffins. Excellent recipe that went into my make-again folder. Thanks tearose!person found this review Helpful.
