  • Spread each of the tortillas with mayonnaise.
  • Microwave 6 slices of bacon for 30-40 seconds, until crisp. Repeat with another 6 slices.
  • Top with shredded lettuce and 3 thick slices of tomato. Roll each tortilla burrito-style. Cut in half (two halves equal one serving).
