      Made this for dinner tonight and it was yummy! I substituted cherry tomatoes for plum tomatoes and green scallions for the red onion. Came out great and hubby loved it, will make again. Perfect for summer.

      Very nice salad! Easy. I omitted the red onion and added a dash of black pepper. I did not add the chicken but can see that would be good also. Thank you Shuzbud for posting.
