Wedding Potatoes

I'm not sure why these are called Wedding Potatoes but they are delicious! I usually serve them with Pork Chops but they could be served as a side dish for almost anything. Yum!

Served these potaotoes for dinner on New Years Eve and they were a big hit. Very good flavor and very easy to make. Made exactly as written and wouldn't change a thing. Will be making these again!! Thanks for the recipe!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix thawed hashbrowns, cheddar cheese and onion in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl combine milk, 1/2 cup melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour milk mixture over potatoes and mix well.
  5. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  6. Mix cornflakes and 3 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle over potatoes.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
