I absolutely love this!!! I am always on the lookout for recipes that are anti-inflammatory, and this one has it all! Except instead of vegetable oil, I used extra virgin olive oil. Great recipe! My husband said it was A-mazing and I agree! I served it with Taste of Morocco (Taste of Morocco, veggie side dish over cous cous). The chicken was very flavorful and juicy. This is an excellent recipe. My husband does not like chicken breast because it is to dry but the night before I put the breasts in that marinade and I cooked it the next day for supper. He said this is the best chicken breast I ever had, they are juicy and not dry like the one you made before. They taste like in the restaurant. So it is going to be a keeper for me.
