Watermelon Wine

"So you don't really MAKE the wine, so relax! I am looking for new ways to use up a bottle of Watermelon Pucker and tried this the other day and it was great! Any white wine will work; I use the $4/bottle stuff from Trader Joes with excellent results. I don't like my watermelon wine sweet, so I tend to go for a semi dry Chardonnay or Pinot as my base wine."

  1. Nice, I used the 2 T schnapps to 1/2 cup wine for a stronger watermelon taste. Made for RS#42

  2. I used Marie Brizard watermelon liqueur in this & loved the subtle watermelon taste with the wine. A great way to use up wine that doesn't suit your palate. Thanks JB!

  3. This was interesting. I love wine and love watermelon and so wanted this to be a 5+ drink. Sorry, I thought it was just 'okay'.
