A nice smoothie to serve to kids and adults on hot summer days. Recipe from My Daily Moment newsletter.
- 1 1⁄2 cups watermelon, seeded and cubed
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- mint sprig, for garnish
- Add watermelon, lime juice and sugar to blender and process until smooth.
- Pour watermelon mixture into a 12 ounce glass full of ice and garnish with mint.
- Serve immediately.
Simply delicious! Also simple to make. We liked the background flavor of the lime. Made using 2 teaspoons of Splenda instead of sugar. Thanks so much for the post.
Very good, but needed to add a few ounces club soda in order to blend effectively.
Pretty good, nice and refreshing. I used a fresh organic lime for the juice and regular white sugar. I like Refreshing Watermelon Lemonade more than this one. Made for Ramadan Tag.
