This is Day 11: Breakfast, on the 21 Day Wonder Diet. You can use strawberries in place of th eraspberries if you prefer. Match th eyogurt flavour to your choice of berries. This breakfast is to be followed by a mid-morning snack of 1 small carrot, cut into sticks.
- 400 g watermelon, cut into 2 cm pieces
- 1 cup fresh raspberry
- 1⁄2 cup light cranberry juice
- 1 tablespoon of fresh mint, coarsely chopped
- 3⁄4 cup skim-milk fruit flavoured yogurt
- Combine fruit, juice, and mint in a medium bowl. Serve topped with yogurt.
I used strawberries instead of raspberries, and decreased the mint a bit since I am not a huge fan of mint. The strawberries and watermelon were wonderful together....thanks for sharing your recipe!
