This is delicious! Modified from the Foodess blog.
- 3 cups watermelon, cut in chunks and frozen beforehand
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons Splenda granular
- 1⁄4 cup mint leaf, chopped
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process to milkshake consistency. Taste and add more Splenda as needed.
