Watermelon Martini
"We used Cold River Blueberry vodka for this, but I'm sure plain vodka would be good, as well. You can adjust the strength to suit your tastes."

- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 3 ounces vodka, blueberry-flavored or 3 ounces plain vodka
directions
- Muddle fresh watermelon in a small bowl to get the juice out of the pulp. Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add muddled watermelon and vodka. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with watermelon, if desired.
