I got this from Hometown Cooking magazine, in the August 2000 issue via a recipe request.
- 2 cups cubed watermelon, seeded
- 1⁄2 cup apple juice or 1⁄2 cup white grape juice
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice or 1⁄3 cup lime juice
- 1 -2 tablespoon honey
- In a blender container, combine watermelon, apple juice, lemon juice and honey.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Serve over ice.
