Oh so simple but oh so tasty, from Taste.com.au
- 1 kg seedless watermelon, cut into 12 small wedges, rind removed
- 4 kiwi fruits, peeled, each cut into 4 slices
- 1⁄3 cup passion fruit pulp
- 2 tablespoons Malibu rum (coconut liqueur)
- heavy cream, to serve
- Divide the watermelon and kiwifruit among serving bowls. Combine the passionfruit pulp and Malibu.
- Dollop the cream over the fruit and drizzle with the passionfruit. Serve immediately.
