I made a just a 1/4 batch using 1 cup of cubed seedless watermelon. Since the batch was small, I used my emulsion blender to mix the watermelon, sugar, and lemon juice in a 2 cup Pyrex measuring cup. I then added the gelatin mixture and continued to blend and poured the mixture into the molds to freeze. Superb flavor and will definitely make again!
