- 4 cups diced watermelon, without seeds
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 dash lemon zest
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle ginger ale (12 onces)
- Put the first 3 ingredients into blender and whirl until frothy.
- Pour mixture into a pitcher.
- Add ginger ale to the pitcher and stir.
- Pour into tall glasses filled with ice cubes.
