This sounded so intriguing, I had to make it even though it required seeding the watermelon we had on hand. I used little under a quarter of it and it made about 3 glasses. As for the pepper...I knew there'd be a dance on my tongue with the unique combo, and I was not disappointed. I wasn't sure how much salt to use, next time will try more than just a sprinkle. The missing star is just personal taste regarding the lumpy texture of the pureed watermelon.
