Watermelon Cheese Salad

"This is a recipe that was suggested to go with Teriyaki Flank Steak (one of my recipes.) I have yet to try it but will do so when I can! You can use your own watermelon chunks, but just make sure you have the right amount (I believe it would be 2 cups.) Be careful with how much olive oil as some may not like the taste."

  • Cut watermelon into 1-inch chunks if not already done.
  • Divide watermelon between 4 salad plates.
  • Sprinkle watermelon with salt and feta cheese and drizzle with olive oil to serve.
  • Note: You can prepare this in a large bowl and have guests serve themselves.
